I have been working in the Biotech Supply Chain industry for 30 years. I’m passionate about serving the startup research and development space with special attention on building a solid foundation in the procure-to-pay process. The culture at IA fosters a high standard for excellent customer service, work -life balance and self- care. My family is most important, including the four-legged furry members. I make a mean stroganoff and in true PNW fashion, own a kayak but not an umbrella!

I truly enjoy contributing my experience in Accounting, HR and small business operations to entrepreneurships like Innovative Advancement and the biotech start-up companies that we support. When I’m not working with our amazing team, I am exploring the PNW mountains, ferrying around the San Juans or visiting family, my favorite people in the world.

I have been with IA for 6 and a half years. I’m a mom of five kids, ranging in age from 14 to 2. I love being a mom and watching them grow up. I love playing video games with my fiancé and having rap battles with my kids. In my free time, I also enjoy cooking new meals for my family, playing fun and competitive board games with friends, and savoring a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning.

I have a background in management and administration in the food service and legal cannabis industries. As an operations coordinator, I worked with our operations supervisor and buyers to exceed client expectations. I also love cooking, baking, fermenting, and preparing food in general. I am an active person who enjoys going for walks, observing flora and fauna, and gardening. I also enjoy DIY projects, learning new skills, and cooking and fermenting.

I love nature and exploring new places. Whether it's hiking in the woods or visiting a new city, I'm always excited to see what's out there. It's like a never-ending adventure. I make an effort to learn something new every day. It could be as simple as reading a new article, trying a new recipe, or just talking to someone with a different perspective. Learning keeps life interesting, and I believe there's always something new to discover.

I joined the IA team in March of 2019.I enjoy working in Purchasing as each day presents a new challenge and I get to flex my “attention to detail” muscle. I am an avid mystery reader, a taco lover and adore making memories with my husband, two teenage daughters, large extended family, and good friends. You will often find me looking for a local restaurant to try, a small business to support (homemade orange rolls, anyone?) or an unexplored place in my own PNW backyard.

I am a prior service Marine with a bachelor's degree in Acquisitions and Contract Management. I joined the IA team in July of 2019.I have a passion for helping people and making a difference in the world, and I am always looking for new challenges. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three dogs, playing video games, and making sure I’m always ready for tank top weather at the gym.

I value being a great team player who brings organization, creative problem solving, and an adept work ethic. A few of the things I enjoy doing in my free time are spending time with my family, playing games, creating art, and spending time in nature. I’ve been a part of the IA team since March of 2022.

I am an avid reader of true crime stories. I find the psychology of criminals fascinating, and I enjoy learning about the cases that have baffled investigators for years. I also love tending to my garden and my pet birds. I have a small murder of crows that I enjoy watching interact with each other and with the other animals in my garden. On weekends, I enjoy going on outings with my teenage children. We go to the movies, the park, or just hang out at home and play games. I love spending time with them and getting to know them as they grow into adults.

I grew up in the beautiful PNW and still live here with my husband. I've been working with IA for over a year now, prior to IA I worked in the medical field. I have learned so much during my time with IA; I love being a part of this team! Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time playing video games, hanging out with friends, family, and my fur babies.

I've been with IA for six years, and I've loved every minute of it. I'm always looking for new challenges, and I'm constantly learning new things. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and taking photos. I'm passionate about photography, and I love capturing the beauty of the natural world.

Located in the Lone Star State. I work directly with orders to ensure quality service is provided to meet client’s needs on a daily basis. With a penchant for video editing, I spend my spare time pursuing animation as an outlet for creativity. I hang my hat on the age-old wisdom, “A Jedi’s strength flows from the Force.” I joined the team in May of 2022 and look forward to serving with IA for years to come!

I joined the IA team in May of 2021, and although new to the Biotech/Supply industry when starting, I have greatly enjoyed learning new skills and helping my team. In my free time, I can be found in my Karate Dojo where I am an Assistant Instructor.
